This glorious ad has so much of what we love - frankfurters, people talking in speech bubbles, ELDERLY people talking in speech bubbles, weird dinner concoctions (hot mayo? eek!) and not-so crazy claims (they soaked the hot dog casings in pineapple juice, full of bromelain a tenderizer. The patent was pending) and suggestions for other products (who doesn't love Lunar Loaf?). We really have to fight ourselves from keeping this one, but there's no more room on the fridge - for now ;) We rescued this great ad from a 1940 news and culture magazine and trimmed away any age browning at the edges - all set for you to mount, frame, use in your own crafting or throw in an acrylic frame or magnet back and use to decorate your fridge, retro kitchen or wherever you serve your asparagus toast and dinner dogs. ;) 13" X 5.5" We ship between cardboard and in poly mailers.
