Here is a vintage Western Germany folding Thread Counter in its original leather pouch. The brass Thread Counter is approximately 1 1/2" square when folded and is marked F. N. Burt Company Inc., Buffalo, NY in two areas around the magnified glass and Made in West Germany on the bottom. The inside flap of the pouch has Linen Tester written in ink.The condition is very good and fully functional. Please see all photos.
