THIS IS BEING SOLD AS A NEW OPEN BOX KIT. It seems to be mostly or all complete but i cant say for sure, I am not a model builder so please review pictures carefully, you will receive exactly what you see in pictures. That said it is being sold AS IS and may or may not be missing parts. I tried to recreate the metal part arrangement from the paper (picture 8 and 9) so you can see exactly what your getting. The little bag with pins and such (last 3 pictures) had a corner open and some pins were rolling around in the box, i put them back in the bag and taped it.
