ROYAL DOULTON FIGURINE. PENELOPE. Up for sale is a lovely example of the early Doulton figurines. This is Penelope, and her reg. No. is 834479. There is an impressed mark, but I cannot read it. But other than registration number, there is no HN #. This figurine was designed by L. Harradine and was issued from 1939-1975. She is in excellent condition with no damage anywhere. She would be a lovely example of the quality work that was done on the early doulton figurines.
