Vintage 1971 Wedgwood Queensware Zodiac Cupids Porcelain 10” Calendar Plate - $8 - (Hiawatha, KS)

This beautiful high gloss round porcelain calendar plate is in excellent / mint condition, appearing unused in anyway, and is a local estate find. The rim of the plate is decorated in the Victorian style with cupids is period dress for each month of the year and including the month's Zodiac sign. Likewise, the center of the plate depicts playful cherubs and reads 1971. The colors and graphics are clear and with brilliant colors. It is marked on the back with: Wedgwood of Eturia & Barlaston Made in England.Please keep in mind this is a vintage item, not a new item. I try to describe items as accurately as possible, mentioning any obvious flaws for accuracy of condition. Crazing and manufacturing flaws such as pin heads, color variations, straw marks, bubbles, inclusions, and other manufacturing anomalies are considered normal for glass, china, and pottery of age.
