Jacket Vintage French blue button up Work wear heavy fabric 1980's lab coat - $55 - (Burlington, VT)

~*~Hello and Welcome to the Textile Trunk~*~ A wonderful blue French chore coat / work wear jacket ~ these textiles are such wonderful finds! ~*~ This jacket dates to the 1980's, and almost looks new! There is some light storage dust and perhaps some fading from storage but it appears to be in unworn condition! Very sturdy work coat with many many years left of use! In fact, it needs breaking in! ~*~ ~ These coats were used throughout the French countryside and can still be seen today. This coat is a heavy cotton and polyester blend with a twill weave and blue buttons. This coat has one interior pocket and 3 front pockets. Very well made, sturdy material, great condition! ~ * ~Please view photographs of construction and condition using the zoom feature on the photographs! ~*~ ( U81 ) MEASUREMENTS : This lovely textile measures approximately: 30 inches long 25 inch sleeves 20.5 inch shoulder ( measured straight across the top back seam to seam ) 23 inches across the chest, laid flat from one underarm to the other CONDITION : This wonderful jacket is in as found condition with storage dust, throw it in the wash and it will be ready to use! I think this will wash beautifully, but there are some marks from storage that may or may not wash fully. There is a small hole in the neck where the label has been cut away.
