Used but still in good condition. Please be aware that these are used and not in new or perfect condition so please do not expect them to be. Both powered on with a good battery. Does NOT come with batteries. Please be aware these are toy kid walkie talkies and are not great walkie talkies. They never were as new. They have static and you have to talk loud in them for the other person to hear you and probably don't work well at long distances. Once again these are kids toys. Please see pictures for condition and ask any questions before purchase.
