2012 Cat Caterpillar 259B3 2sp skid steer track loader enclosed cab AC/Heat. Condition of machine is used. Routine maintenance was done within last 50 hrs. Front door of cab is not included but everything is there for a replacement door if you choose. It has the comfort/ enclosed cab package and the AC and Heat work well. It also has a upgrade performance package w the auto leveling option and joystick control feathering. The pilot style joysticks really just add to the ease of operating regardless of what attachment you have. This is not a highflow pump. I really did some beautiful house pads with this setup. Very low impact tracks if you are doing landscaping. Feel free to look up specs on the CAT website. Machine has been kept well and does not resemble a typical 3800 hour skid steer machine. Has a CAT 72" bucket w reversible cutting edge 2 sp machine. This is by far the nicest machine I have been on in this weight class. Its a very comfortable machine.
