Original Oil Painting Arthur J. Stephens Listed California Artist 1897-1980 - $175 - (Sandy, UT)

Guessing 1930's...found painting (local estate)framed behind glass, unusual for an oil but it looks original with the artist label still attached to back of framing board..(but glass only slightly fogged up so i don't know)...16X20 oil on artist board..i believe that most of the work that has turned up by this artist was painted in long beach area in the 30's...
