1979 New Orleans Jazz Festival Poster - See Notes ! - $375 - (Sun City, CA)
Originally purchased at 1979 New Orleans Jazz Festival - Numbered 1043/10,000 - Important: I recently sold this item on EBay - it was damaged by the shipper and returned to me - the original glass was broken and shards cut into the poster.I touched it up to the best of my ability. You may decide to touch up further. I then took it to a store where it was professionally re matted.Additionally the frame was repainted to a beautiful Matte Blue. Finally i had new Non-Glare Plexiglass (stronger) professionally installed. Now I think it looks better than it did before - see picture 12. But in the interest of full disclosure- it has been touched up -but by no means would this be considered a professional restoration. Someone who would consider themselves someone of a perfectionist may not be happy with this. But sitting behind a bar or mounted up on the wall - say 5 -7 feet away with no close inspection - it looks absolutely great ! Anyway - that being said - inspect the pictures and judge for yourself. Also I offer NO RETURNS -so ASK for more pictures if you like before purchasing - be happy to send them ! Overall size of poster and frame is approx 25 x 38. Pick up available - Save $100 !
