1928 Rare Large Weller Patricia Evergreen Duck Planter Bowl 16 1/2" Pottery - $1,053 - (Lakeland, FL)

Extremely Rare Large Weller Patricia Evergreen Duck Planter Fruit Bowl 16 1/2" . This 1928 beauty is a hard one to locate. She sits at 16 1/2" long with her head held high at 7 3/4". She can be found in the "Collectors Encyclopedia of Weller Pottery" page 327. Hard to tell by her condition that she will be turning 100 years old in a mere 9 years... An official antique... And sure to increase significantly in price. She was born with 4 small spots where her parent missed glaze, and a birthmark under her chin, which makes her original. She also has 6-7 pits or indents. And a crack on a foot of the planter... Also believed to have been caused during initial firing of pottery. Please see pics for condition and mentioned birthmarks. No crackling, chips or cracks/breaks. In great original condition.
