Minature clock with hanging pendulum - $9 - (Selma, AL)

I have a tiny clock on stand with overhanging pendulum. It measures a tiny 1 3/4 inches tall. Pendulum hangs over clock on chain. Clock does not work, for decoration only. There are some scratch indentations on back that look like they were there from making. Not just scratched.
