Starrett Master Precision Machinists Level Model 199 - 15inch - $100 - (Milford, OH)

Used Starrett 15 inch level I believe master precision level 199 is the model without box. As you can see in very rough condition but both bubbles are in working condition. It looks like part of the plastic was milled off and chipped off also. As far as the bottom there are some normal looking scratches and one little ding as shown in the last picture. Not pretty but appears to be in good working condition and the bottom looks better than the top.
