China Teapot, Handpainted- Blue & White Glass/ mark or signature on bottom - $13 - (Mapleton, ME)

This is a China hand painted blue and white glass teapot. ( Cover Is Missing) It has a beautiful and unusual design measuring 6 in. by 6 in. weighing 1.16 lbs. It was purchased at an estate sale with some other blue and white glass items that will be up for sale soon, watch my inventory. I am not even sure it is from China but that is where my research left me closest to. The mark on the bottom is foreign lettering so I honestly do not know.
