The cover boards are bumped and showing shelf wear. Inside front cover has remnants of a book plate removal. There is also a worn spot on the corner of all the illustrations, as if there was a sticker that got ripped off, taking some of the paper with it. See pictures. Title page has the bottom few inches removed below publishing name and date. Deckle edge pages and nice presentation suggest this is a good first edition. Yellowing throughout.
