Here for your bidding pleasure is the pictured movement, dial and 2 out of 3 hands ONLY (no case!) for a late 1940s to around 1950 production date Wittnauer Watch Co. Caliber 10T. This is a 15 Jewels manual winding movement with a three finger bridge layout that does wind and set the time smoothly and has a good balance staff and RUNS!! I have not made any effort to run a timekeeping test on this watch- the movement has been in a watchmaker’s parts drawer for many years- without the benefit of a watch case to keep everything clean- to expect it to run AND keep good time right now is a bit much. But the watch absolutely has a good balance staff and will run- GREAT for parts / tinkering to keep your Wittnauer collection running for years and decades to come! What you see is what you get!!
