Vintage Camera Photo Light Bar with Metal Case - Indoor Film Movie Light - $14 - (Danville, IN)

The tag reads: Chicago Kitchenware Metal Specialties Co. Inc. but other than that I could not find a model # or exact make of it. There are no bulbs included but each socket has been tested and works. The case measures 13 x 12 x 5". No issues with the light bar as it works properly and is cosmetically nice. WB-8
