The skates don’t show any wear, so I can only think they weren’t used, or only used inside on soft floors, they aren’t scratched on the wheels. The skates adjust to YOUTH shoe sizes 6-12. Also included is a back pack with DORA and BOOTS on it. It is used and has a little bit of paint? or something on the bottom, it’s used, but in good condition and Dora has a nice raised plush fabric feel to her!
