What you see is what you get. I'm not sure what these extra parts are? Divers?? I got this in an estate sale. And everything you see was in the box. It definitely looks as if they have been played with before. I never put batteries in to see if this works?? The coil and stuff is still there there. So I would assume it can be still working. Instruction manuals and Mattel registration card are included also. What you see is what you get.
