Fireman Figure with Dalmatian Dog - $13 - (Nashville, AR)

You are buying a statue of a Fireman with a couple of Dalmatian dogs. I cannot find any markings or labels to identify it. It stands approximately 8.5" tall. It is in great condition with the exception of his left hand, please see last picture. The hat has "NO 1" printed on it, please see pic #6.
