Our inventory is continuously growing so check back often to view our new items! 1960's INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER MODEL 3414 DIESEL BACKHOE FOR SALE - $5000 1960's International Harvester Backhoe 3414. 4 Cylinder diesel backhoe. It's not the prettiest thing but it starts up and runs fine. Could use some TLC. The hoses should be replaced soon and it has random leaks. If you need a backhoe that you don't need to work every day and use occasionally this will work for you. Usually have to hit it with a quick spray of starting fluid first time you use it that day. Doesn't need it afterwards. When we got the backhoe, the backhoe portion did not swing left or right. We cleaned the lever control box and now the backhoe works fine. We have replaced a couple of the hoses. Also, the backhoe seat has been replaced. The left hydraulic cylinder for the bucket developed a leak so we used a sealer on the outside to keep it from leaking. It's not pretty but it works.
