This lugging case is designed to hold 24 audiocassettes or 24 8 track audiotapes. It has a lock and comes with 1 secret-- the other secret is misplaced. Given that audiocassettes are smaller sized than eight track tapes, there is empty area below the cassettes in the case when it is utilized for audiocassettes. I bought it new several years back and used it for saving audiocassettes. The outdoors dimensions are roughly 6 ins x 13 ins x 91/2 ins for the case.
