Join NPT on Friday, March 22, for a free Indie Lens Pop-Up screening of Won't You Be My Neighbor?, at the Frist Art Museum. In this award-winning documentary, Academy Award-winning filmmaker Morgan Neville (Twenty Feet from Stardom) looks back on the legacy of Fred Rogers, focusing on his radically kind ideas. While the nation changed around him, Fred Rogers stood firm in his beliefs about the importance of protecting childhood.The screening will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include a discussion. This event is free; but RSVPs are requested.Discounted parking and free admission to the galleries will be available for screening attendees.
