Amazing Pergola -Currently on exhibit at The MN Home and Garden Show - $3,250 - (Maple Grove, MN)

Hello! I'm happy to be listing this beautiful one of a kind Pergola that is currently being featured at the MN Home and Garden Show at the MPLS Convention Center. It can be seen at the Feature Garden exhibit by NRD Landscape & Design. It was made by my uncle, Christ Thompson, who owns Metropolitan Homes LLc. The main structure is 12'x14' with about an 8' awning. This has never been installed or used before. This was built specifically for their exhibit. All of the wood is pine that has been stained. All corner beams are 8x8". Structure is about 10.5' tall. In the set up pictures before it was complete you'll see 2 plywood walls that were made part of it. I do NOT think that I will be able to sell it with these. The whole Pergola structure and the bench that is attached is what I am listing for sale. I can include the blueprint and a guideline template for putting it back together. The bench is usable for storage and consists of 3 sections that fold up on hinges.
