This kitty's head is celluloid and is body is tin. It looks to be missing a little black piece around one wheel. It winds up and rolls over with its tail. Very sweet toy I tried the string to the kitty so I wouldn't loose the key it can be cut off. Made in japan It looks to be in great condition for its age and to be a child's toy.
