The body is covered with a shiny, satiny like fabric. The head is a wooden ball with hand-painted features. The arms are made from pom-poms. The hat is made of either thin wood or heavy finished paper. Approximately 5" tall Handmade in Western Germany by Fellinger Excellent vintage condition Wonderful expression!
