This is an exquisite mantle clock, made by Seth Thomas in the Adamintine celluloid finish. The pattern is faux marble, varigated green, black and beige. This particular clock is considered rare and is highly desirable; please notice the fluted corinthian columns, layered in the same adamintine finish. It has been inspected, cleaned and oiled by a master clocksmith from Texarkana, TX. If you are the buyer of this clock and live near the 4 states area (OK, AR, TX and LA. Dimensions: 15" L x 11" H x 7 1/2" W Look at the pictures and see the condition of this clock, which is amazing since it was mfd. about 118-128 years ago (the lable shows a patent date of 1880). The clock face is brass w/paper numerals behind that; all appearing original. There is a blemish in the black finish of the clock on the front (see photo #11).
