Antique Ansonia Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus figural ornate cast metal mantel clock patented June 13, 1882.The dial with visible escapement is 5" wide and has a beveled glass door and it has fancy gilt brass filigree hands.The rectangular base is accented by classical Grecian figures and a coat of arms to the center.8-day time with half hour gong striking movement.There is no key at the moment but the clock was working as it is part of an estate where the clocks in the house were working clocks.There were a lot of clocks and a lot of keys so it might just have been misplaced but there is no guarantee.The clock is 19"W x 16"H x 7"D.This is a beautifully detailed and highly collectible clock!Please refer to photos.
