Simplicity released this calico Pet-Able Pelican kit in the 1970's. It is new, unopened, sealed in original plastic and found at an estate sale. The kit contains the pattern, easy-to-follow instructions and two calico prints of 100% cotton for the body and beak of the bird, along with felt for the feet, eyes and inside mouth area. The pelican is 14 inches in length and has two small fish in its large mouth.
