The picture matting has moisture damage visible in the photos. The inner black frame has missing paint/plaster across the top edge also visible in the photos. The frame is sturdy with some scratches on the finish. Outer dimensions of the frame are 16.5" x 15". Payment is accepted by Paypal and is due within 3 days of auction end.
