This is "Bluebell" from the "Flower Fairies" collection. She was designed by Patricia Rose and Sharon Crain in 1996. There were only 100 firing days. This set is a LTD. ED. She is 3.5" high seated on a wooden base for display with her flowers attached. Like I mentioned there is a set of 8 dolls.
