Antique Ashworth Imari Soup Bowls Set Of 8 - $1,500 - (Euless, TX)

Here is a beautiful and rare set of 8 Ashworth ironstone soup bowls in the Imari design. Made between 1862 and 1890 these are true antiques. The colors are cobalt blue, red and gold and although they show some signs of wear, considering their age these are stunning. The transfer is painted in puce and there are no chips, cracks or crazing. Even though there are utensil marks they are barely visible.
