Early 1900s turned treenware box shaped like a vase with a slide-on lid. Measures 4 1/4" tall x 2 1/4" in diameter at its widest. Inside is 1 1/8" in diameter x 3 1/4" deep. Original finish hand polished to a soft luster with 0000 steel wool and paste wax. Small shrinkage split in lid — see last picture. Very Fast Handling!
