Very Nice Vintage H. N. White King "Silvertone" Bb Cornet w/ case - $1,200 - (Carlsbad Springs, ON)
Very nice 1941 circa H. N. White Co. King "SilverTone" Bb Cornet Outfit. Serial number 241304. All Original finish / lacquer and components. Medium Bore model with a sterling silver bell. Cosmetics-wise, it's an 7-8 out of 10. Typical surface wear on lacquered parts of the horn. Mechanically, the horn is perfect. Valve compression is 100% with no valve wear. Matching serial number on all 3 valves and original tri-point metal guides. No repairs, dents or damage. All slides free and micro-tuner working. Case is likely not original but does the job. There are no markings on it, but is functional and of a similar vintage likely. There are blemishes on the edges and some tape on back edge, but latch works. No mouthpiece included.
