This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons and connections are all in good condition. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on without any problems. We connected a dvd player to the item then connected the output to a monitor. We tested two of the outputs both VGA and BNC and they worked properly. We also were able to use all the function buttons without any issues. We however did not test the audio phoenix connections. This item will be sold as is.
