Photos are of the item you will receive, unless stated otherwise. Cosmetic Condition The switcher is in fairly good cosmetic condition. It has light scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. It's missing the plastic cap that covers the "ALL" button, this does not affect function at all. Please see the photos for more detail.Other than a power cord, no other parts or accessories are included. Audio — BFor further specifications, please refer to the product page for this model hosted on Kramer Electronics' website. Testing We tested the switcher by plugging it in and powering it on. It powers on, the display is working, and all of the function buttons are working. We were able to select channels and adjust gain.We connected a video input from a laptop into each input channel and tested switching accross all of the outputs, as well as with the ALL function enabled. Everything seems to work fine. We have not tested the audio switching.This is the full extent of the testing performed. We believe the unit is likely in working condition and will guarantee a return.
