Conn Connstellation Cornet 38A 1966 - $675 - (York, PA)

This is a beautiful Conn Connstellation Cornet 38A. The serial number H54*** dates the instrument back to 1966. Valves move nicely with good compression, and all slides are clean and moving well. This horn sounds fabulous and plays easily with the BIG, full sound typical of 38A's. Cosmetically, the horn appears to be in good shape, with a bright shine, nice finish and no major freckling like others I have seen. There are a few dings (which I've attempted to document in the photos) and there is thumb-related wear on the first valve trigger. Comes with the original case, some original paperwork, and at Bach 7CW mouthpiece. Enjoy it!
