Vintage 1959 Vincent Bach Mercury Mt Vernon Trumpet with Original Case From our vintage inventory of band instruments at PV MUSIC Vintage 1959 Vincent Bach Mercury Model Trumpet Made in USA in Mt Vernon NY in 1959Serial Number # 19110 Gold Lacquer Finish Plays and sounds great but will need dent work It's in fair to good cosmetic condition.Received from a one owner, he lent the trumpet to his nephew years ago and needless to say he was furious at the condition that it was returned There are many dents on the horn -- Most of them on the bell and on end curve of the lead pipe - we do not have a Band Instrument repair tech at this time otherwise we would have removed all the dents before we listed it We have checked the valves and slides -- They all work good and are in good condition We took about a hundred pictures so there would be little question as to it's condition and description Thankfully the trumpet is intact, and is good playing condition The slides are all free, and not dented The valves work great, are oiled and not damaged All important parts are present, and there's no solder breaks, cracks or other major damage The spit valve mechanism is present It works great and the cork is in good condition The only issues with this horn are all cosmetic dent wearIt plays and sounds great just the way it is. We have really no idea where to start with a price on this horn So please see all pictures and make a reasonable offer It comes with the original Bach Mt Vernon Trumpet case but no mouthpiece is included.
