Cobalt Blue Decorated Stoneware Crock James River Richmond Virginia David Parr - $269 - (South Hill, VA)

Very nice old 2 gallon semi Ovid crock with handles .attributed to Parr from Henrico county Richmond Virginia . 1840's? It has 1 pea sized chip on the corner of one handle. 1 chip on the bottom that is 1" by 1/4". There's a casting or kiln defect on the rear . Some crazing in the glaze. And a droop to the neck.No through cracks . (See Pictures). Beautiful crock.Displays excellent.! It will be double boxed and packaged with Care, and insured with adequate insurance.
