Condition is Used Not sure the freq these are programmed but they can be programmed using software and cables off eBay here and seem to be very secure Digital Maconi based encryption that seems to be filled with the same keys fill both radios has off/secure on/secure on back of radios and have 10 channels, these work fine just don't want returns so it's listed a parts only non working but items are fine, please note cells have been rebuilt and also has as batteries holders with both radios.
