SHAFFORD DRAGONWARE HAND PAINTED JAPAN YELLOW LUSTER DRAGON TEA CUP & SAUCER - $35 - (Midland, ON)

A Shafford - Hand Painted - Rare - Japan - Dragonware - Yellow Luster - fine china tea cup and saucer. Amazing raised dragon on both the cup and saucer. Yellow luster background and gold detailing on handle, rims and base of cup. Unfortunately not excellent condition as I noticed a small crack on the saucer - see photos 3and 4. The crack is 1.5 cm or .5 inch. It is smooth to the touch and I only noticed it when I got it home. Still a beautiful set worth preserving. Tea cup measures 2.5 inches tall, diameter 3.5 inches.
