These were equipment guides on high power Cell Phone Tower amplifiers. Mount them on your equipment as feet, or mount the four on your bench top to let you easily slide equipment around when you are working on it as it get the equipment above the occassional screw or electronic part. They are 1/4" thick with one end beveled and are threaded for mounting screws. If you want to use these on a bench top you should drill out the treads and countersink the holes for screw clearance.
