Tiffany Etoile Hoop Huggie Earrings Diamond 18K Gold Platinum Pierced Vintage - $2,119 - (Haymarket, VA)
From my personal collection, a vintage pair of Tiffany Etoile Hoop Earrings for pierced ears. Tiffany has retired this very popular earring. Made in 18K yellow gold with diamonds set in platinum. The total carat weight of the 8 diamonds is approximately .25ct and they are G color and VS clarity. Each hoop is 19mm in diameter and 8mm wide, or approximately 3/4" diameter and slightly less than 1/3" wide. I have somehow misplaced the Tiffany pouch and what you see in the first photo is a Tiffany shopping bag which is not included. I am the original owner of these earrings and I purchased them at the Tiffany boutique in Charlotte, NC, in the mid to late 1990's. They have not been worn more than a few times. (Instead of having my friend's older sister pierce my ears, my mother made me go to the doctor and he got the holes too high; anything close to a huggie style is too "tight.") Just from being in my jewelry box and moved around for all of these years, there are tiny marks that you would expect to see after all of these years. There are no dents, dings, or other issues. One of the omega clips feels looser than the other one and you may want to have your jeweler check and tighten that.
