Antique Imari Style Bowl with Silver Plate Rim - $55 - (Dollard-des Ormeaux, QC)

This is a lovely antique bowl made by W. Wood & Co. between 1915 and 1932. It was made in Burslem, Staffordshire, England. It has a silver plated rim and the bowl is painted in the Imari style, with bold cobalt blue and orange flowers with gold trim and beading just below the silver edge. In very good condition (no chips, cracks, repairs). Just some crazing on the underside of the bowl and slight gilt paint loss.
