Four Vintage Doll Bodies Adjustable Heart Shaped Hard Plastic Stands Blue Pink - $8 - (Colville, WA)
Vintage lot of 4 Doll Bodies Inc. heart shaped doll stands. Two are a pretty swirled peach, pink, redish, and the other two are a light blue. These are rather interesting as they are 2-part with the heart base and a second part to hold the feet on which is adjustable to 3 different sizes depending on which slot of the base they're put in to. There's a little tape residue on the bottoms of the blue stands I haven't tried to clean off, I just dusted them lightly. The names of dolls were taped on the bottom in very yellowed old tape, which fell off when touched. I recognized the names as those of some of the crochet doll patterns of the 50's, which is probably what these were originally used for. They are marked Doll Bodies Inc New York N.Y. Pat. Pending on the bottom. There's some light wear as would be normal for use. Please see photos.
