Pair Old Vintage Triumph des Amor Cupid in Chariot Lg Plates Gloria Germany Etc Here is a very attractive pair of vintage porcelain plates both of which feature "Triump des Amor", cupid riding in a chariot attended by maidens. The Gloria Germany plate measures about 11 1/4" in diameter. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are only very minimal surface marks, probably from handling or storage. Gold trim is in excellent condition, not worn. The handled plates is by an unknown maker and has a beehive type mark on back side. It is very similar to Gloria plate but not an exact match. (Please see photos). This plate measures about 11 1/4" across handle to handle. It is in excellent condition overall with no chips or cracks. There are a few surface marks as from handling or very light use. There is some rubbing to gold on outside edge but it is mostly intact. A very nice and decorative pair.
