Antique 19th Century Mahogany Partners Desk **This item is located in New Hampshire** Up for sale is this beautiful partners desk. It is 19th century or possibly earlier. The desk is made of solid mahogany with flame veneers bordering the embossed leather top. The leather is a sage green color. It is embossed along the edge in gold. It has four drawers with a center drawer on each side. It also has a cabinet on each side that is framed with molded flame mahogany. All of the drawers have been rebuilt using solid mahogany for the sides that is hand dovetailed. The bottom of the drawers are now a mahogany plywood. The drawer construction is consistent with Continental construction. The overall condition is very good with normal wear. The dimensions are: 30" tall by 64" wide by 51 1/4" deep.
