My parents got this desk, I believe, some few years before they got me (1955). It was theirs as long as I can remember, and as long as they lived. Since then it has been in our home, but now we need the room, and the desk needs to go to a new home. It is in very good condition, refinished in the later 1970s. Measures 44" wide x 23" deep x 29" tall. The central cavity (leg room) is 19" wide x 23" deep x 23" tall (to bottom of middle drawer). Elegant, functional desk of the finest pedigree (my humble opinion).
