Very useful for any design requiring these voltages. By using one out voltage for the LED and another output voltage for clock operation. Primary = 120 VAC 60 Hz - Black Wires Secondary = 16 VAC @ 30 MA - Red, Green Wires 5 VAC @ 400 MA - Blue Wires The 5 VAC is the special output, designed for 400 MA to drive a LED display.
