Antique Solid Brass Caster & Ornate Toe Cap Conch & Pearl 3 1/2" long x 3 3/4" Tall x 1 3/8" wide. Wheel is 1 2/8" across and just overby1/2" wide I'm pretty sure that this is from the mid 1800's.
